The Feisty Bull Boutique Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is within 2-4 business days. Once your item has shipped and you receive tracking, please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update before reaching out to us. If there is no movement on your tracking for 5 days, please see the information below on how to start a claim with USPS. We will not re-send orders that are not updating within the USPS system, as your package IS on the way. If your order has not moved after 10 business days, please reach out to us.
We ship through USPS
All orders are shipped from The Feisty Bull Boutique with the address that you as the customer provided. If the address you as the customer provided is incorrect, you will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We will NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Also, The Feisty Bull Boutique will NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
The Feisty Bull Boutique is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS shipping

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, The Feisty Bull Boutique is NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
